Day 2

Weight: 133.1 lbs
Waist: 26 inches 
Hips: 36 inches
US Size: 4/6

Just one day of abstaining from wheat and sugar and I see an immediate loss of bloating. It's kind of amazing. After this initial loss, the rule of thumb (for most women - men may be different) is approximately a loss of 1/2 inch per every 5 lbs. Some people hold on to adipose like crazy in certain spots though, so as always, YMMV.  


Today will probably end up being the Very-Low-Calorie almost-fasting day that should have been day 1. I am going to school today and anticipate a lot of running back and forth between various offices to get my funding released. I do not expect to have time to sit and eat a meal, so I brought snacks. 

Workout: No workout. Soon my schedule will stabilize and I'll have time to start training/moving/dancing/being a Kung Fu disciple again. But for now the only tools I have to control my body composition are diet and stress maintenance. 

Breakfast: Bulletproof Coffee with 3 Tb. Kerrygold

Lunch: Trader Joe's Just A Handful Roasted Unsalted Almonds, 1 Enormous Grapefruit. 


I am not hungry, but expected to be by now (12:30 pm)

Update: Arrived home at 5 pm ready to eat EVERYTHING IN SIGHT.

Post-Workday Snack: Assorted cheese (a slice of swiss, an ounce of Taleggio), one ounce of smoked salmon.

Dinner: 5 oz of shredded chicken with about 1 Tb Barbecue sauce over a huge pile of greens with balsamic. In the salad were a little avocado, and a little bit of hardboiled egg. 4 oz red wine. 


Total Calories: 1315

Macronutrients: 93 g fat, 51 g carbs, 80 g protien.
